Project Description
The National Jewish Health (NJH)Center for Outpatient Health occupies a prominent position at the gateway to the National Jewish Campus at the corner of Jackson Street and Colfax Avenue. The main element of the project is a five-story, 210,000 SF, combined medical office building and parking structure, with a mildly reinforced concrete super-structure system supported on drilled pier foundations. The exterior finishes are a combination of brick and stucco veneer and glazing systems incorporating confetti colored glass panels. Additional project elements include a steel framed pedestrian bridge over Jackson Street, and a steel framed curved porta cochere canopy element, both featuring matching colored glass components.
