JVA has actively provided structural services in the mountain resorts since the inception of the ski industry in Colorado. We were involved in much of the early base village design at Keystone and Vail in the 1960’s and 1970’s. JVA has continued working on private residences, lodging, retail, and ski facilities at many of the resorts including Winter Park, Steamboat Springs, Vail, Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Aspen, Snowmass, Telluride, Lake Eldora, and Hidden Valley. We’ve also been involved in projects in Alta, Utah and we have ongoing work in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

With a mountain office in Winter Park, we’re committed to successfully providing quality structural and civil engineering services in all of Colorado's mountain communities.

Our resort work also focuses on facilities for year round activities. JVA’s structural staff has extensive experience in Golf Clubhouse throughout the country. Most notable among these projects are Desert Highlands Clubhouse in Scottsdale, Arizona and Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California. We also completed terrific clubs at Indianwood, Starpass, Mira Vista, Golf Club of Oklahoma, and the Oregon Golf Club.
